In 2018, the source asked a panel of 8,000 drivers in 13 countries: China, France, Germany, Italy, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, UK, U.S., Belgium, Russia, Turkey. The question posed: "What would encourage you to use car sharing more often?" Free float refers to the ability to pick up and drop off cars wherever they wanted.
