According to a survey conducted in Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam in 2020, food delivery apps were the leading channel to order food, as used by 82 percent of the respondents. Meanwhile, 23 percent of them revealed that they had used the apps of individual stores for ordering food online.
