Most popular gifts given to oneself in Japan 2018
This statistic depicts the results of a survey conducted in October 2018 in Japan asking individuals about the kind of presents they gifted to themselves. During the surveyed period, foodstuffs and beverages led with 14 percent the ranking for popular gifts to give to oneself. In contrast, only 2.2 percent of Japanese respondents would treat themselves to a hot spring trip or general travels.
