This statistic displays the result of a survey on the benefits of the Internet of Things for digital pioneer enterprises in Finland in 2018. According to the survey, 71 percent of the respondents stated that the IoT can help in the creation of new services and business activities. Meanwhile, two percent of the respondents declared no benefits of IoT for their enterprise.

- The importance of digitalization for the enterprise is critical, extremely important or important

- In addition, the analyzed enterprises seek almost without exception a new business activity which utilizes digitalization.
The survey respondents are in their enterprises decision makers in matters concerning digitalization."
