The statistic depicts the differential rate of companies that used a welfare strategy at least once in Italy in 2016 and 2017, broken down by macro-category. The strategy of conciliation was the one that increased the most. Roughly nine percent of Italian companies used this strategy to solve problems regarding equal opportunities, support to parents and the conciliation of work and life. Another significant increase was registered by the Integrative health care, around eight percent.
