This data presents the results of a survey in Germany on the most popular brands of quark, pudding and natural or fruit yoghurt from 2017 to 2020. At the time of the survey in 2020, around 21.5 percent of the German-speaking population aged fourteen years and older had consumed a product from the brand Bauer within the last four weeks.

The survey is based on the German-speaking population aged 14 years and older.
Information on the sample:
2017: 23,106 respondents, projected base of 70.09 million people
2018: 23,086 respondents, projected base of 70.45 million people
2019: 23,120 respondents, projected base of 70.60 million people
2020: 23,138 respondents, projected base of 70.63 million people

The question for the survey was worded in the following manner: "Which of the following brands of curd/yoghurt/pudding have you yourself eaten within the last four weeks?" (Original question in German: "Welche der folgenden Marken von Quark, Natur-/Fruchtjoghurt, Pudding haben Sie persönlich innerhalb der letzten vier Wochen gegessen?")
