This statistic shows the result of a survey about the expected personal share of wedding costs of unmarried people in South Korea in 2018, by gender. According to this survey, unmarried male respondents who want to get married stated that they expect to share the cost for marriage by 59.5 percent on average. On the other hand, the unmarried female respondents stated that they expect to share the marriage cost by 47.6 percent.
