This statistic shows the results of a survey conducted in Singapore on attitudes towards same-sex couples adopting children as of January 2019, with a breakdown by religion. During the survey period, Muslims and Christians in Singapore tended to hold a negative attitude towards adoption by gay couples. 62.5 percent of respondents who were Christians and 60.1 percent of respondents who were Muslim stated that they thought such adoptions as always wrong. In comparison, respondents who did not belong to any religion tended to view such adoptions less negatively, with 21.7 percent stating that such adoptions were always wrong.
