Europe’s Leading Patent Law Firms 2024
We have commenced work on the Financial Times’ “Europe’s Leading Patent Law Firms 2024” report. The results are expected to be published in June 2024 and will recognize the most widely recommended patent law firms for services related to patent prosecution and patent strategy consultation.
Please note that the survey will be open until March 24th, 2024. After this date, participation will no longer be possible for this year’s survey.
Please note that we will ask you for your professional email address at the end of the survey. To ensure high quality, we only use survey results from participants who have validated their survey results via a valid professional email address. Non-validated results will not be considered.
Who are Europe’s Leading Patent Law Firms? Share your expert opinion.
The fifth edition of Financial Times’ “Europe’s Leading Patent Law Firms” report is currently being prepared. The results are expected to be published in June 2024. The publication will again award patent law firms for services related to patent prosecution and patent strategy consultation in Europe.
There are six different sectors that patent law firms can be nominated in:
- Chemistry & Pharmaceuticals
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Biotechnology, Food & Healthcare
- Materials & Nanotechnology
- IT & Software
Together with the FT, we at Statista, an independent data provider, cordially invite you to participate and to share your expert opinion on patent law firms throughout Europe. Your opinions and knowledgeare very important to the success of our initiative, which we hope will provide you with a unique view as to who the leaders in patent law expertise are.
This list is based on an online survey of:
- Patent attorneys working in patent law firms and as experts in the patent departments of companies
- Clients who have consulted with or commissioned a patent law firm
The survey will be conducted between February and March 2024. If you work as a patent attorney, as an expert in the patent department of a company or if you have previously consulted with/commissioned a patent/IP law firm, we invite you to participate.
Survey participants can recommend firms either in general terms or by specific areas of expertise, which are categorized into six different sectors. Furthermore, particularly noteworthy patent attorneys can be mentioned.
This survey will take justa few minutes to complete. Of course your responses will be aggregated and evaluated anonymously. In addition, for each participant completing the survey we will donate 50 cents to the International Committee of the Red Cross and Red Crescent (ICRC/ICRC),supporting people in crisis regions around the world.
Nominating one's own company is not allowed. All persons who participate are required to provide a valid business e-mail address and their contact information. Contributions from participants using private e-mail addresses and generic business e-mail addresses will not be considered. Please note that recommendations for one’s own firm or attempts to participate multiple times will not be counted. We reserve the right to exclude companies from the top list if we detect infringements of this rule.
