A brand-new study by Accenture Strategy, XING and Statista shows that digital technologies and new working methods are becoming increasingly important in the workplace and our daily business.

However, there is a considerable lag concerning the actual application in everyday working life in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

One of the key insights: Only very few employees have experience in applying future technologies or innovative forms of work such as Blockchain, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence or Design Thinking.

The study is based on an online-survey with nearly 5.000 XING users and addresses HR departments, professionals and managers.
