In 2023, the total number of people in the United Kingdom that bought fashion products like apparel, footwear, or accessories increased since the previous year. An additional 1.2 million people for example bought apparel online. 11.6 million people bought footwear and another 9.3 million bought apparel online in the United Kingdom. The Statista Digital Market Outlook estimates that the number of people engaged in e-commerce purchases in the UK fashion market will increase further in the coming years.
