Consumer preferences for future delivery options in France 2023

When asked about the delivery methods they would like to use in the future for their e-commerce purchases, around 37 percent of online shoppers in France chose "Postal worker with eTransportation" like electric vans, while almost the same percentage (36 percent) went for a future with traditional delivery methods like a van running on gasoline. A small share of French e-shoppers could foresee a future for e-commerce delivery via drones (10 percent) or via robots (8 percent).
