Leading sports gear bought by U.S. consumers in the past 24 months 2021, by type
When asked in 2021 what types of sports equipment and gear they had bought in the past 24 months, nearly 40 percent of consumers in the United States indicated that they had acquired balls. About a third of the country's survey respondents had purchased fitness equipment, for instance, weights, dumbbells, or exercise mats.
