Definition:

Alcoholic Beer refers to fermented alcoholic beverages based on malt, with an alcohol content of more than 0.5% alcohol by volume (ABV). On average, beer has an alcohol content of around 5% ABV. Beers that have been mixed with soft drinks (ready-to-drink beer-mix beverages) and beers to which additional flavors have been added are also included.
