The Worst Airports in the World

Personally, the worst airport I've ever had the displeasure of using (a lot) is Manchester, in the UK. Admittedly though, I've never flown to or from London Gatwick or Kuwait Airport. As the infographic below shows, these three have been classed as the worst airports in the world in a 2017 index ranking by AirHelp.

The index assesses airports on three criteria - quality of service, on-time performance, and the passenger experience. With a score of 5.02, Kuwait Airport has the unfortunate accolade of propping up the ranking. In the number one spot is Singapore Changi Airport with a score of 9.07. The UK features heavily in the lower end of the list, with four of the bottom ten found on the British Isles.
