What's the Best Time For the Next Scottish Referendum?

The Scottish are debating if they should call it quits and hold yet another independence referendum to leave the UK. In their most recent referendum, in 2014, a majority of scots voted to remain. The cards were reshuffled when in 2016 the British voted to leave the EU. Scottish Minister Nicola Sturgeon thinks it’s best to hold the Scottish vote between autumn of 2018 and the spring of the following year. This is when Brexit negotiations with the EU are likely to have concluded, but the UK has not yet exited.
