Which countries are most civil online

Microsoft recently launched the Digital Civility Index to gauge how civil people in different countries are when they go online. They looked at behaviour across several categories: behaviour, reputational, sexual and personal/intrusive. They found that the United Kingdom was the most civil nation on the internet while South Africa was the most uncivil. Read more on the indy100.
