Luxembourg Leads Inter-European Jobhunt

According to data compiled by job search engine Indeed, when seeking job opportunities abroad, jobseekers from Luxembourg are the most flexible, accounting for 71.1 percent of searches across 15 EU countries. The Belgians follow with 65.5% of EU-oriented searches.

The fewest searches for jobs within the EU15 are made by Britons. A mere 15.3 percent of jobseekers show a desire to move within the EU15 for a job. Germany comes in second last with 35.9 percent of searches for EU15 jobs.

When Luxembourgians move they like to keep it relatively local. The most popular destination is France, with 18 percent of all searches directed at its neighbor.
