Election 2016

What The UK Expects From The Trump Presidency

Donald Trump made a lot of bold and controversial promises during his uproarious but ultimately successful bid to become the 45th President of the United States of America. As the U.S. and the rest of the world attempts to digest this shocking achievement, market researcher Norstat, in partnership with Statista, has asked residents of the United Kingdom what they expect to actually happen once Trump takes control of the White House. The largest share of respondents (88 percent) believe visa and travel regulations will be tightened. Almost half think that Trump's Mexican border wall will in actual fact be built.
