Potter Spin-off "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" to Open at Cinemas

It’s been more than five years since the last sequel of the Harry Potter franchise hit the box office. The episode "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2", released in 2011, was the most successful of them all. Now, a new film based on a book by J.K. Rowling will be released on Friday, November 18.

The Potter spin-off "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" is set in New York and the story predates the actual Potter saga. The makers are planning to release five consecutive episodes of the “Fantastic Beasts” franchise based around the machinations of magizoologist Newt Scamander.
