Facebook Hits 1 Billion Users!

On October 4, Facebook's co-founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg announced that his company had reached a new milestone: the social network now has one billion monthly active users.

Given an earth population of approximately seven billion people, every seventh person on planet earth now uses Facebook at least once per month!
