Forbes and Statista asked over 20,000 workers at large U.S. companies, nonprofit institutions, government agencies, and U.S. divisions of multinationals the following question: how likely would they be to recommend their employer to someone else on a scale of 0-10? Their answers helped formulate America's Best Employers 2015.
Kraft Foods came first with a score of 8.91. The grocery manufacturer and processor offers numerous employee benefits including insurance and pension plans. The Altria Group, one of the world's largest tobacco corporations, comes second wth 8.89 while British-Dutch multinational Unilever rounds off the top three with 8.56. Read more on Forbes.
