In a study of 12,900 European travelers conducted by Booking.com, the leading influencing factor on choosing a holiday destination was good value for money. In fact, value for money was an important decision-making factor for 3 in 5 of the travellers surveyed and came before beautiful natural scenery, good food, and warmer weather.
