Top investments and tools used by European hoteliers to attract guests

When asked about ways of maximizing occupancy at their accommodation, around half of surveyed European hoteliers reported that listing their property on digital platforms was an effective tool. This was closely followed by offering targeted discounts, which was nominated by 49% of respondents surveyed in the Fall 2023 European Accommodation Barometer. Meanwhile, some less popular tools and investments include partnering with bed banks, popular with just 21%.
