Less than half of Britons consider Russia a serious threat

Most people in the United Kingdom do not feel threatened by heightened tensions with Russia, according to a survey by YouGov. Even though Nato has carried out over 100 intercepts of Russian aircraft this year, three times higher than last year, most people feel the greatest danger comes from radical Islamic groups. ISIS and Al Qaeda are viewed as threats by 78 and 72 percenf of the British public respectively while just 38 percent of people consider Russia a threat. Read more on the Independent.
