Travelers are Keen to Blend Business with Leisure

Over the last three years, many of us embraced remote work as a matter of necessity, rather than choice. This was also the time when the white collar professionals internalized a new term: “zoom fatigue.” So how did those trends manifest themselves in terms of business and leisure travel? Well, the knowledge workers from Singapore to Buenos Aires are now more comfortable mixing work and pleasure by either working remotely, while on holiday, or extending a business trip into a vacation. This increasing trend has coined another catchword from business and leisure, ‘bleasure’. This is also evident from the Booking.com 2023 travel predictions survey where respondents from all over the world indicated an increased interest in extending their work trips into a leasure holiday.
