Online travel platforms generate jobs and economic growth in Australia

Despite strict entry restrictions in 2020 and 2021, online travel platforms were still responsible for 5,000 jobs in Australia according to an Oxford Economics study. This stands the country in good stead to reach pre-pandemic levels of around 12,000 jobs and build upon the $1.6 billion generated in GDP in 2019 in the coming years.
