Teenage Prisoners Are Twice As Likely to Commit Suicide

Suicide rates among teenagers in adult state and federal prisons are shockingly high, according to data released by the Bureau of Justice Statistics. There are an average of 32 suicides per 100,000 prisoners amongst inmates aged 17 years and younger. This over twice the rate of suicide for those aged 25-34. Read more in one on Forbes.
