Apple and Amazon Lead in U.S. Customer Satisfaction

Amazon is by far the best-selling online shop almost everywhere in the world. This is partly due to the fact that the company generally makes it easy for shoppers when it comes to deliveries, returns or refunds. As new data from the Statista Global Consumer Survey shows, customer satisfaction is correspondingly high, too.

According to survey, 72 percent of respondents in the United States rate their interaction with Amazon as very good. Only Apple, known for its extremely loyal customer base or 'fans' as you could even call a large share of them, did even better among the companies surveyed in the study - 74 percent. The likes of Ebay and Wayfair didn't receive quite the same volume of positive reports from respondents, however. Nevertheless, the majority (58 and 55 percent, respectively) were 'very satisfied' with their online interactions with the companies.
