Just when you thought Brexit couldn't get more complicated and confusing, this week happened. Our infographic, based on analysis of the situation by The Independent's John Rentoul, pulls together the potential events and outcomes which are likely from Monday once the law to block no-deal receives royal assent. The simplest chain of events would be for MPs to then approve a snap election (although what happens after that is another flow chart in itself). All of the other options are far from straight forward and not without significant hurdles to overcome. Let the games begin.
