How Conservatives rate candidates' leadership qualities

Tory MPs will vote in the second round of their party's leadership contest later today. Six candidates remain after the first round of voting eliminated three hopefuls and led to one other voluntarily pulling out of the race. Favourite Boris Johnson will be looking to cement his position as the frontrunner once more, having sealed 114 votes last time round. Looking ahead to the final deciding vote in July, when Conservative Party members will have their say on the two remaining candidates, in what regard is each MP held in terms of their leadership qualities?

A new YouGov poll, which asked Conservative Party members to what extent they thought each of the candidates would make a good leader, also has Boris ahead of the pack, with 77 percent saying he would be either a 'fairly' or 'very' good leader. Dominic Raab also polled well in this regard, with 68 percent somewhat confident in his abilities to head the party. Rory Stewart, who scraped through the first round of voting on an unexpected wave of support, still has his work cut out to impress part members if he is to make it further in the race.
