The UK's favourite high street shops

A new survey of customer satisfaction by Which? has revealed the UK's favourite high street shops. At the top of the ranking with a 89 percent rating is home entertainment retailer Richer Sounds, followed by the outdoor clothing shop Rohan with 87 percent and the iconic department store John Lewis on 86 percent.
