Revellers seeking a cheaper clubbing holiday are best advised to check out cities in Eastern Europe. Tbilisi in Georgia is the cheapest with beers, a mixed drink, taxi and accommodation all adding up to a very cheap £25. Other budget destinations for night owls include Bucharest and Belgrade.
