Russians Say Putin Didn't Influence U.S. Election

Amid allegations that the Russian government disrupted the 2016 U.S. presidential election through tactics such as spreading disinformation on social media, a new poll has found that most Russians believe their government was not responsible. The Pew Research Center found that 71 percent of Russians think their government did not try to influence the election with only 15 percent saying there was an attempt at interference.
