A Rock-Solid Bargain for San Francisco Developers?
One million dollars can buy a lot of things. Most recently one million dollars bought one very large rock in the exclusive Telegraph Hill neighborhood of San Francisco. The property formerly served as a rock quarry, but after much digging developers hope to fit 12 houses onto the plot.
The asking price comes at a bargain when compared to less rocky, luxury real estate in San Francisco and other expensive cities. San Francisco’s real-estate is notorious for its competitive market in the tight seven by seven square mile city.
