The Price of Cannabis Around the World

Next to alcohol, cigarettes and coffee - which are legal in most parts of the world - cannabis is by far the most popular drug. However, prices differ widely depending on the city in which it is bought. Whilst Latin American countries tend to have very low prices, the price of marihuana per gram is highest in far eastern countries with Tokyo topping the list at $32 per gram.
