The Worst Films on Netflix

Netflix boasts thousands of films which subscribers can stream on demand. With such a huge library though, they all can't be Academy Award winning blockbusters. If you dig deep, too deep perhaps, you'll find some of rather questionable quality. Using film and TV review aggregator Rotten Tomatoes, we've pulled together the very worst that the world's most popular SVOD site has to offer.

Some of the titles speak for themselves - 2017's Sex Doll doesn't exactly scream class and indeed, none of the website's approved critics gave a positive review. At the bottom of the pile though, there are no positive reviews. To separate the chaff from the chaff, we've taken the audience reviews as the second variable. With only ten percent of Flixster and Rotten Tomatoes users giving a rating of 3.5 stars or higher, drama Dawn Patrol is by this measure, the worst film you can watch on Netflix.

As with all forms of entertainment of course, everything is thankfully subjective and in some cases, a film can gain cult status and fan base precisely because it is objectively so bad. The recently re-released and supposed 'worst movie ever made', The Room, is a prime example of this.
