According to analysis by RENTCafé of the 30 largest cities in the U.S., millennials (those born between 1977 and 1996) are flocking - proportionally speaking - to downtown LA. Between 2011 and 2016 there was a 91.4 percent increase in people of that generation living in the 90014 ZIP code. Neighboring Skid Row/90013 saw the second largest jump, with 60.0 percent.
