Intern/Student Assistant – HR Strategy & Projects (m/f/d)

What you do
- Assist with key HR projects such as compensation, onboarding, and ways of working.
- Organize and coordinate performance review processes, including communication, template reviews, performance cycle setup, and calibration support.
- Provide administrative support for our engagement tool, Officevibe, including user management, communication, and building presentations.
- Maintain and regularly update HR SharePoint sites to ensure information is accurate and accessible.
- Support training programs through communication efforts and by creating PowerPoint presentations.
- Create Microsoft Office forms and questionnaires to support various HR initiatives.
- Draft and refine email templates for consistent and professional communication.
Who you are
- Need to complete a mandatory internship from university or be enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters Degree
- A good level of both written and spoken English and German; ability to effectively communicate in both
- Available to work 4 days per week, including 2 days onsite at the office
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Highly detail-orientation with a reliable work ethic
- Demonstrate the ability to quickly adapt to new tasks and changing priorities
