What you do
- Define and own the vision for a new, data-driven product. Focus on user needs and market trends to create a great product-market fit while aligning technical solutions.
- Translate the product vision into a clear, actionable roadmap. Prioritize features, manage the product backlog, and ensure high-quality, on-time releases.
- Work with the team to create new features, gather feedback, and fine-tune based on user input.
- Evaluate data sources, design data pipelines, and oversee interface development, maintaining data integrity and reliability throughout the product lifecycle.
- Organize workshops to align strategic goals and technical execution, gather insights, and set priorities.
- Manage and motivate a team of data scientists, developers, and designers. Work closely with stakeholders in data, marketing, and sales to meet product goals.
Who you are
- Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of digital product ownership experience, with a strong affinity for working at the intersection of product and technology
- Solid understanding of agile methods like Scrum or Kanban and how to apply them effectively
- Able to explain complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical team members
- Comfortable with both strategy and detailed work, especially in a fast-paced, startup-like setting
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
