What you do
- Lead Qualification: Ensure proper qualification and handover of inbound and outbound Leads to Sales.
- Outbound Lead Generation: Identify and update target accounts to support outbound outreach and align with Sales and Marketing goals.
- Data Analysis & KPI Tracking: Track lead performance, analyze KPIs, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Presales Strategy Development: Collaborate on developing lead qualification processes that align with Sales and Marketing objectives.
- CRM Management (Salesforce): Maintain and optimize Salesforce for accurate lead data and streamlined handover.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and other teams to ensure smooth lead flow and improve lead conversion.
Who you are
- Education: Successfully completed business studies (Bachelor / Master) or comparable qualification
- Experience: Having experience with B2B Sales would be a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze lead data, track KPIs, and improve processes.
- Tools & Platforms: Proficiency with Salesforce, lead qualification tools (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Data-Driven: Comfortable working with data to drive decisions and optimize lead conversion.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English. German is a plus.
- Attention to Detail and Process-Oriented: High accuracy in lead qualification and data management and ability to design and optimize lead qualification processes.
