What you do
- Owning the automated onboarding experience, developing strategies to convert users into engaged customers through continuous testing and iteration.
- Designing data-driven activation strategies to minimize onboarding friction and maximize early user value.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, UX, marketing) to implement user-centric product-led activation tactics.
- Analyzing user data to pinpoint journey bottlenecks, experimenting with solutions to boost activation rates.
- Reporting on activation metrics, deriving insights, and driving alignment with company-wide growth goals.
Who you are
- 5+ years in B2B product management or growth, with proven success in user activation or engagement.
- A record of success in enhancing key activation metrics through data-backed experimentation.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Very high degree of conviction and self-sufficiency proven by either a.) working in a tech-scaleup or b.) having operated in a tech-legacy dominated environment.
- Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel) and A/B testing methodologies.
- A genuine interest in understanding user behavior and refining product-market fit through activation.
- Technical assessment will be conducted during the hiring process.
