What you do

Statista, in partnership with a renowned global media brand, has been evaluating and ranking hospitals and other healthcare providers for over six years. We recently introduced the Global Hospital Rating—a comprehensive star rating system that benchmarks hospitals worldwide. As a Sales Consultant for our Global Hospital Rating program, you will play a key role in expanding our footprint in the healthcare sector by driving consultative sales and building lasting relationships with hospital leaders worldwide.You will:
  • Lead consultative sales efforts for our Global Hospital Rating program, demonstrating the value and impact of our offering to healthcare providers
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: Initial contact with healthcare providers, understanding and explaining value added by the offering, building of trustful relationships, matching hospital needs with value delivered by the offering, contract negotiation, and closing deals
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand existing ones in collaboration with the product lead
  • Continuously refine and optimize the value proposition for our product, including marketing materials and online presentations
  • Attend industry trade shows and conferences as a key sales approach to engage new leads, strengthen existing relationships, and showcase our offering
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline analysis to ensure revenue goals are met
  • Work closely with an international analysis team and a well-known global media brand
  • Support the analysis-team with guiding clients through the rating processes
Your skills

Who you are

  • university degree or equivalent commercial training with a business focus
  • 5 years B2B-Sales-experience with stakeholders, 3 years experience in health care
  • Proven track record of successfully closing deals and meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Professional fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong understanding of hospitals as clients, including their needs, challenges, and organizational structure
  • A passion for working with multinational companies in the healthcare space
  • A collaborative mindset, coupled with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • A deep enthusiasm for sales, personal development, and achieving ambitious targets.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a drive for growth within a fast-growing, international team
  • Be open to travel ca. 2-3 times a year attending conferences and trade shows globally
