Your job

What you do

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused (Junior) Client Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key clients in the academia and public sector across Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and France. Your mission will be to ensure our clients achieve their goals by leveraging our solutions, driving engagement, satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.\n\nKey Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for academic institutions and public sector clients across GSA and France, ensuring their ongoing success, support and satisfaction with our products.
  • Onboarding & Training: Lead clients through the onboarding process, conducting training sessions and workshops to ensure seamless adoption of our solutions.
  • Client Retention & Growth: Proactively monitor client usage and feedback to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and service improvement, ensuring long-term retention and satisfaction.
  • Collaboration & Problem-Solving: Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, tech) to address client concerns and deliver solutions that meet their evolving needs.
  • Business Reviews: Conduct regular check-ins and strategic reviews with clients to ensure alignment with their goals, while providing insights and recommendations for further success.
  • Market Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends and challenges in both academia and the public sector across GSA and France, leveraging this knowledge to provide strategic advice to clients.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor client success and identify areas for improvement.
Your skills

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, social sciences, or humanities; advanced degree is a plus.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a client success, account management, or similar role, preferably within the academic or public sector.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and maintain a high level of organization.
  • Hands-on mentality tech-savviness and independent, proactive work style.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and German; French language proficiency is highly preferred.
  • Experience with CRM systems and a strong sense of track client performance and engagement.
  • Solid MS Office skills
