Your job

What you do

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer queries via phone, email, and live online chat.
  • Handle customer questions, request, and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Maintain up to date client records, updating our CRM and spreadsheets daily, ensuring they are up to date and relevant.
  • Act as the first point of contact for sales operations and support our sales managers in daily business and administrative tasks.
  • Assisting with client research requests using Salesforce.
  • Handling student requests.
  • The overall appearance of our office, ensuring it is tidy and organised, and creating a welcoming, engaging and comfortable environment for anyone who comes into the space.
  • Ordering, maintaining, and restocking office supplies, drinks, and snacks.
  • Ad-hoc tasks supporting the whole office as needed.
Your skills

Who you are

  • Education to 2:1 degree or higher.
  • Excellent attention to detail and be able to work to high standards in a very fast paced environment.
  • Customer-first mindset with a desire to pro-actively engage with customers.
  • Time management and organisational skills with the ability to perform multiple tasks and prioritise work.
  • Confident providing customer service, particularly on the phone and via email.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, you enjoy finding solutions to problems you come across rather than waiting on others to do this for you.
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude are a must.
