What you do
- Implement services using modern Java frameworks such as Spring Boot on a globally accessible cloud infrastructure utilizing AWS Fargate or Lambda,
- Support CI/CD pipeline implementation, infrastructure setup, and monitoring using CDK, Terraform and Datadog,
- Collaborate with frontend engineers, product owners, and QA engineers within a cross-functional product development team,
- Own end-to-end responsibility for software lifecycle: design, programming, code reviews, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance,
- Provide support and mentorship to junior team members, helping their development within the team.
Who you are
- Completed training in IT or studies in computer science or comparable,
- Years of backend development experience in Java or C#,
- Experience working in agile teams,
- "You build it, you run it" – mindset,
- Experience in cloud platforms and infrastructure automation like AWS with CDK is a plus,
- Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of German is an advantage
