Your job

What you do

  • Collaborate and Innovate:Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and design the best solutions. Take full ownership of your tickets from conception to delivery
  • Feature Development:Design, develop, and deliver new Salesforce features across Sales and Service Cloud using a mix of High-Code, Low-Code, and No-Code solutions.
  • Integration Mastery:Integrate our Salesforce landscape with the rest of Statista’s Tech world (Marketing Tech / Finance Tech / etc.) via Mulesoft, enhancing our platform’s capabilities.
  • Tech Stack Enhancement:Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of third-party apps within our sales-tech stack, such as document management, backup solutions and duplicate check tools.
  • Data Management:Tackle complex processes like mass data management, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
  • Advanced Support:Provide high-level support for our administrators on complex support requests, ensuring smooth and efficient system operations.
Your skills

Who you are

  • Educational Background:Completed university degree or a comparable qualification
  • Experience:2-3 years of work experience as a Salesforce or Integration Developer, demonstrating a strong track record of delivering impactful solutions
  • Technical Skills:
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with the Salesforce ecosystem (ideally Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Lightning, and Mulesoft)
  • Proficiency with Git and DevOps processes
  • Agile Methodology:Experience working in agile environments, preferably in a SCRUM framework, delivering projects iteratively and efficiently
  • Solution Development:Proven ability to build flexible, scalable, and maintainable solutions for international companies, with a focus on innovation and quality
  • Stakeholder Engagement:Excellent communication skills for interacting directly with end-users, stakeholders, and senior management to gather requirements and deliver the best solutions
  • Autonomy and Initiative:Self-starter mentality with a passion for taking ownership of projects. Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively
  • Growth Mindset:Eagerness to grow professionally, with an interest in expanding beyond Salesforce into other technologies or project management roles
  • Certifications:Salesforce Developer certifications are beneficial
  • Language Skills:Fluent in English, German is a plus

As a Salesforce Developer in our Sales-Technology department, you will play a crucial role in shaping and optimizing our Salesforce platform, directly impacting our core revenue processes. As part of our internal, cross-functional Team of Developers, Administrators and Consultants you will be delivering new solutions to our more than 300 users across the globe. This position offers a unique opportunity to rethink, shape and contribute to establishing core processes within Statista’s Revenue Organization.
