This statistic shows the share of respondents who felt that Malaysia was heading in the right direction or wrong direction, from August 2013 to August 2018. During the period surveyed, 75 percent of survey respondents indicated that they believed Malaysia was heading in the wrong direction politically as of August 2015, compared to 16 percent of respondents at that time who were of the opinion that Malaysia was heading in the right direction. In comparison, 24 percent of survey respondents believed that Malaysia was on the wrong course as of August 2018, while 55 percent of survey respondents were of the opinion that Malaysia was on the right political path as of August 2018.
