Reasons stopping online shoppers from purchasing cross-border in Sweden 2024
In 2024, the biggest reason Swedish shoppers did not want to buy from foreign online stores was because they believed that everything they needed was available in Sweden. Around 441 percent of the survey respondents cited this as their main reason against cross-border e-commerce. Furthermore, about 11 percent of online shoppers said that the lack of trust that the parcel will arrive in time stopped them from ordering from overseas.
