ASEAN countries' budget balance in relation to GDP 2028
The statistic shows the budget balance in relation to GDP of the ASEAN countries in Asia between 2018 and 2028. The ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) countries are Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. A positive value indicates a budget surplus, a negative value indicates a deficit. In 2021, Indonesia's deficit amounted to around 4.54 percent of GDP.
